- Built Competitor Analysis trends (trend chart, comparison cards) and combined cross-platform demographics, and added Instagram and LinkedIn video-view collection to the analytics worker.
- Shipped AI sentiment analysis for the Engage inbox: a background worker scores inbound comments and DMs, gated per plan with usage alerts at 7,500 and 10,000, and surfaced in the inbox, label analytics and PDF export.
- Built the Brand Dashboard for Agency and Enterprise plans: cards members can move and resize, role-scoped widgets, and pipeline stages that open the matching calendar view.
- Built scheduled report emails for Analytics and Social Listening, with per-plan limits that pause and resume automatically when a customer changes plan.
- Security: stopped an SSO handoff leaking the bearer token in the URL, added workspace-ownership checks to competitor-analysis requests, and removed committed secrets.
- Reliability: auto-recover expired Facebook and Instagram page tokens instead of forcing a reconnect, across the publishing and analytics workers, and cut health-alert noise from ~1,700 cards a day to one per run.
- Built the MCP tool layer that lets AI assistants publish and manage posts, the OpenAI-powered AI Content Wizard, a published n8n node (npm), a 40-module Make app, and the D3 comparative analytics suite with competitor trends.
